This application ("Listicle Optimizer") is a private, internal-use tool for managing Facebook advertising campaigns. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Private Application

This application is not available for public use. Access is restricted to authorized internal users only. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Purpose and Use

This application is designed to:

  • Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Optimize listicle content performance through A/B testing
  • Track and analyze advertising metrics
  • Automate campaign optimization workflows

4. Facebook Integration

This application integrates with Facebook Marketing API. By using this application, you acknowledge that:

  • You have proper authorization to access the Facebook Ad Accounts used
  • You will comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies
  • The application will access your Facebook data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for the content and targeting of ads created

5. Data and Privacy

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

This application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to: advertising costs, campaign performance, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Compliance

You agree to use this application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising laws, data protection laws, and Facebook's policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
